Orders and Shipping
Shipping varies based on your location and type of shipping but usually will take 7 to 14 days.

Once an order has been placed, before the order has been shipped, you can change your shipping address via the site.
Tracking updates will be provided via email and you can also login to this site and go to your order to see the latest status of your order.
We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand via our site. Please contact us if you would like shipping to a different country.
Installation is not included. Please contact us for a professional installation quote.

Returns and Exchanges
Given the sensitive nature of the specialist Compressed Air testing equipment we sell, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please speak with our staff if you are unsure about what equipment would suit your needs. In so far as is permitted by the law, we will honour returns for faulty products where a suitable replacement or repair cannot be organised.
If you have received the wrong item, please do not use the product. Notify us immediately and we will organise a replacement ASAP.
